Burt’s Bees Daily Moisturizing Cream (Sensitive) Review

I am back! And I would like to review one of my daily skin care product that I currently use. I ran out my Celestial Lush Moisturizer and needed a cheaper alternative! I bought this out of impulse about 2 months ago and I am glad I bought it. The product is about 12.16 USD at Walmart.

The packaging is simple, I can’t say much about it. It’s in a box packaging, and the cream is held in a light but sturdy plastic container. What I do like about it is the product has a pump which I apologize for not snapping a picture of (my bad). The pump is convenient and hygienic.

The brand is known for its natural ingredients and it is cruelty-free! There is no SPF contained in the moisturizer so it is best to have a facial sunscreen for sun protection! I use the moisturizer before applying my sunscreen.

I love that the majority of the ingredients contain plant extracts.

99.0% natural?! I was impressed. I suppose the 1% is what keeps the product preserved.

Here are the swatches for the moisturizer. I use about a dime size or two because the consistency of the cream is very light and my skin soaks it up really fast. The smell is nice and light, almost unscented but it has a hint of cotton smell. The smell is very similar to an Aveeno moisturizer that I used a while back.

The Burt’s Bees moisturizer is a good product, I was lucky that it turned out good for my skin. I highly recommend it for dry skin and especially oily/combo skin. The moisturizer is light enough that it works in the summer season. I would probably only use this product for the summer because I know I would need more hydration in the fall and winter season.

I hope everyone enjoyed my review! I apologize for the lack of posts and I will do my best to set aside more time to write more reviews and drawings! Thank you for reading! Till next time!
